1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to select locations across Mumbai. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your pin code at checkout or contact our customer support team.
2. Delivery Timelines
We offer the following delivery options based on your location:
Express Delivery (Within 30-40 Minutes) – Available in select cities for urgent medicine delivery.
Same-Day Delivery – Orders placed before 12PM will be delivered the same day.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or high demand.
3. Delivery Charges
Express Delivery – Free Delivery on orders above 299.
Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12PM are processed the same day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in the One Minute website.
6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at

7. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
